The problem
A customer's washing machine door hinge clip had snapped. The part was discontinued and nowhere to be found.
What we did
We reverse-engineered the clip from photos and measurements, printed a reinforced replacement in PETG, and had it in the post within three days.
The problem
A caravan owner needed a bracket to mount a solar charge controller in a tight spot — nothing off the shelf would fit.
What we did
We designed a bespoke bracket to fit the exact space, printed it in UV-resistant ASA, and included all the fixings.
The problem
A small workshop needed a jig to hold components at a consistent angle during assembly. Nothing suitable existed.
What we did
We designed a custom jig from the customer's sketch, ran through a couple of prototypes together, and delivered a version that works perfectly.
